Due to the Sharply increasing demand of IC Chips, RMC continus expanding its capability on providing high quality Si wafer, Si Epi Wafer, SOI Wafer to the Semiconductor market.
RMC also invested for future imagination, developing Diamond, AlN, ZnO, Ga2O3, SiC, GaN wafers to meet High Temp, High Voltage, High Frenquancy, High Thermal Conductvity requirement.
